The Live Title Strategy team sits at the center of one of Netflix’s most high‑stakes and strategically important businesses: live sports and live events. We are seeking a Manager, Live Title Strategy to own the upstream and midstream strategy for our live titles — from defining audience and business objectives through campaign architecture, cross‑functional orchestration, and post‑mortem learnings. Reporting into the Director of Live Marketing Title Strategy, this person will translate content, audience, and market insight into clear, actionable strategies and roadmaps that enable our Live Title Creative partners and cross‑functional teams to move at live speed without sacrificing excellence. This role will be responsible for architecting end‑to‑end live marketing strategies across multiple leagues (e.g. MLB, NCAA, NHL), partners, and formats, each with unique structures, timelines, and ambitions. You will be the connective tissue across content, product, comms, social, partnerships, and external leagues/rights‑holders, ensuring upstream alignment and clear handoffs so we are not building campaigns on incomplete information. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with live sports and/or entertainment campaigns, thrives in complexity and ambiguity, and is motivated by building systems and playbooks that reduce “pioneer tax” over time. This person combines strategic rigor, sports and culture fluency, and operational discipline, and is excited to help shape the future of how Netflix goes to market in live.
