The Manager, Strategy & Transformation will work closely with the Sr. Managers and Director, Transformation PMO to support high-impact operational initiatives across Goodwin. This role is ideal for a process-oriented business analyst or junior project manager who thrives in structured environments and enjoys bringing clarity, organization, and rigor to complex workstreams. This role will focus on documenting, organizing, and supporting transformation efforts through strong process analysis, requirements gathering, and project coordination.
