Manager Trainee
About The Position
Manager Trainee—Minuteman Marketing. We're seeking a motivated trainee to join our team and learn the complete print marketing business from the ground up. You'll work across print production, prepress design, inside sales, and direct customer communication, gaining hands-on experience in every corner of our operation. This is a production-heavy role—you'll be operating printers, folders, cutters, and finishing equipment to create the physical print materials our clients depend on. We're looking for someone with excellent computer skills, a genuine curiosity about how print integrates with digital marketing—social media, web pages, landing pages—and ideally some intermediate or better experience with Adobe Creative Cloud. AI is core to where we're heading—if you're passionate about exploring how artificial intelligence transforms marketing and print, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills.
