Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Clean driving record for the past three years, with some exceptions.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Customer service skills and an interest in helping customers and resolving problems.
Some leadership experience or training.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work on your feet in a client-facing role.
Availability for a five-day schedule with full weekend and open availability.

Responsibilities

Partner with managers to run rental-location operations, including customer service.
Take charge of key departments and support their performance.
Manage fleet flow and inventory on the lot and in the system to meet customer demand and reservations.
Use the counter system to open and close rentals, modify contracts, and update manifests.
Sell add-on products and services, including insurance, GPS, and vehicle upgrades.
Complete opening and closing routines and security procedures.
Handle office tasks such as answering phones, managing supplies, making copies, and responding to customer questions.
Prepare reports and track daily activities.
Resolve customer issues, including questions about charges, damage claims, and directions.
Support the team across locations when needed.
Coach, train, supervise, and motivate team members.
