About The Position
We are looking for a full time Manager in Training with a passion to drive customer satisfaction while being the brand ambassador. The Manager in Training program provides hands-on-training in: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Strong computer skills
- Multitasking skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication
Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction
