About The Position

Manager Trainee - Premium Customers Are you motivated by customer satisfaction and interested in building a leadership career in a fast-paced operational environment? As a Manager Trainee – Premium Customers, you will participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to develop future leaders through real-world experience at our airport locations. During the program, you will gain exposure to key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, while learning how to deliver elevated service experiences for premium customers, drive operational efficiency, and support financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree plus at least two years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with moderate noise levels
  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

  • One year of experience providing high-quality customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to develop future leaders through real-world experience at airport locations.
  • Gain exposure to key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.
  • Learn how to deliver elevated service experiences for premium customers, drive operational efficiency, and support financial performance.
  • Rotate through core operational functions to build a strong foundation in airport operations during an eight-week training program.
  • Learn how daily decisions impact fleet availability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee performance, particularly for high-value and premium customer segments.
  • Transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions after completing training.
  • Lead frontline teams, support premium customer interactions, monitor performance metrics, and ensure service, safety, and brand standards are consistently met.
  • Receive ongoing mentorship and development support, with opportunities to advance into future leadership roles within the organization.
