About The Position

The Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people management. The position supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence, with a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. Wages are $18.00 per hour, plus commission and monthly incentives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
