About The Position
Northwest Tire is seeking individuals who are looking to build a career in the tire industry. This program offers comprehensive training in all aspects of store management, including sales, service operations, shop tasks, and administrative duties. The goal is for trainees to develop the skills necessary to become assistant or store managers within the growing Northwest Tire company. The company has numerous locations across North Dakota, Minnesota, and South Dakota.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Good people skills.
- Interest or experience in the automotive and/or truck industries.
Responsibilities
- Learn the routine of an outside/inside salesperson.
- Learn to operate a service truck.
- Learn how to change tires and perform various other shop tasks.
- Learn administrative responsibilities.
- Learn how to manage a store.
