About The Position

Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics is seeking a full-time Manager of Therapies to join and lead their highly committed and dynamic rehab team. This role involves providing excellent quality care to patients of all ages. The position offers a supportive work environment and a culture where employees are valued and appreciated. The department is high-energy, patient-centered, and serves all patient populations from infancy to the elderly. It is a team-oriented department focused on teaching, which is guaranteed to expand critical thinking skills and nursing skillset.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• 5-7 years of healthcare leadership experience required.
• 5-7 years of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology experience required.
• Advanced training in a specialized area of therapy.
• Licensed in the state of Iowa.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.
