The Territory Project Operations Manager – Modernization (MOD) provides management of the company’s operational activities and functions relating to the installation of MOD products. This role is responsible for developing and executing a business plan, interfacing with Field Superintendents and Project Managers, managing networking capital, reviewing and approving change notices, partnering with the MOD sales team, supporting Project Managers with timelines and customer expectations, developing commercial relationships, supporting a team of MOD-focused Project Managers, advising on resource utilization, ensuring effective MOD operations meetings, and providing expert technical knowledge for projects. The role also ensures projects close out at required efficiency and profitability levels and that the team handles proper inspection and turnover processes.
