About The Position

The Manager, Technology & Systems is responsible for ensuring that BCPF’s technology and systems are secure, effective, and aligned with the needs of a growing organization. The role spans governance, software portfolio management, infrastructure oversight, and technology projects including AI and automation. The Manager works closely with staff at all levels to understand their needs, support good decision-making, and ensure the Foundation is getting the most from its technology investments.

  • Experience with AI tools and automation, and a practical understanding of how to apply them in an organizational context
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
  • Experience managing vendors and external service providers
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and build trust across teams
