The Network Core and Cloud team is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Campus Network Services team. This team is responsible for the connectivity powering our corporate offices, remote sites, and critical user experiences. This role is ideal for a leader who can pair technical depth with operational rigor, people leadership, and a passion for modern ways of working. Scope A team of 10–12 experienced network engineers responsible for campus LAN, WLAN, remote office connectivity, and lifecycle management. A large, complex IT asset portfolio requiring precise stewardship around accuracy, lifecycle planning, fixed‑asset controls, and financial governance. The team’s transition into Scaled Agile for Enterprise (SAFe)—helping engineers embrace iterative delivery, lean portfolio practices, and continuous improvement. Close partnership with Product, Architecture, Finance, and Operations to ensure we deliver highly reliable, compliant, and scalable network services. The Technology Engineering Manager manages a staff of infrastructure engineers who analyze, design, develop and implement hardware/software. You’ll determine hardware/software systems requirements; lead systems hardware/software design; plan projects; and establish priorities. You’ll also coordinate with other managers to integrate projects with other systems hardware/software. As a people leader, you have responsibility for project deployment, career development, performance management and pay determination. You also may have the opportunity to mentor associates on other teams.
