About The Position

The primary function of the Manager, Technology Change Management, is to lead organizational readiness, user adoption, workforce alignment, and communication across enterprise transformation initiatives. This role ensures strategic technology investments, including ERP, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, eCommerce, collaboration platforms, and future acquisitions, are successfully adopted across the organization. This position will partner closely with IT leadership, operations, HR, Operations leadership, and business stakeholders to reduce adoption risk, improve employee engagement, and accelerate business value realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of combined experience supporting and leading organizational change, business transformation, operational excellence, or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, foodservice, supply chain, or multi-site operations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Produce One’s enterprise change management framework focused on practical adoption, business readiness, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish enterprise change success metrics, adoption of KPIs, and organizational readiness indicators.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align transformation initiatives with business priorities and workforce capacity.
  • Assess organizational change of saturation and recommend sequencing to minimize operational disruption.
  • Evaluate how business roles evolve as new enterprise platforms, and standardized processes are introduced to facilitate role mapping, responsibility alignment, and future-state operating model design.
  • Identify organizational friction points created by process standardization across acquired companies through surveys, interviews, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support integration of future acquisitions into Produce One’s enterprise operating model.
  • Develop enterprise training strategies for ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, eCommerce, and productivity tools.
  • Identify and develop business champions, super users, and operational subject matter experts to support specific change initiatives and partner with the stakeholders to ensure appropriate resource planning.
  • Coordinate multilingual training programs where required across warehouse, plant, and operational environments.
  • Ensure training content is practical, role-based, and aligned to actual workflows.
  • Build executive, manager, and frontline communication plans for transformation initiatives.
  • Translate technical initiatives into business language for broad organizational understanding.
  • Monitor employee sentiment, adoption barriers, and resistance trends and make recommendations to project stakeholders to ensure successful change management.
  • Provide coaching to leaders on managing change within their teams.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans for areas showing low readiness or adoption resistance.
  • Partner with project teams to embed adoption checkpoints into project governance.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization activities by analyzing the change success metrics and adoption KPIs and propose continuous improvement initiatives to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Maintain change dashboards, readiness reports, training completion metrics, and adoption analytics.
  • Partner with project managers and enterprise platform leadership to align project execution with workforce readiness.
  • Maintain documentation for communication plans, training materials, organizational impacts, and adoption of outcomes.
  • Comply with any reasonable Executive or Management request.
