About The Position

The Manager-Technical Services will be responsible for leading and training the Technical Services engineering team. Provide leadership, direction, and technical guidance to Engineers. Ensure the engineers projects are completed in accordance with company and industry standards as well as state, local, and federal regulations. Works with the Director of Technical Services to devise methods to accomplish team goals. Assist the team with individualized personal development goals and training. Manage and balance the engineering team’s workload. Provides guidance to the team in supporting their efforts. Works with many other departments including but not limited to Field Operations, Project Management, Regulatory, Asset Integrity, Commercial, Scheduling, Land, and Procurement to be a technical resource in support of complex projects, operational, maintenance, and engineering issues or questions. Be responsible for the maintenance of company engineering standards, construction standards and OM procedures dealing with the design, operation and maintenance of company assets as required.
