Requirements

Requires Masters degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or a related position
Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
TMP program execution, roadmap tracking, and portfolio
Developing and scaling TPM or engineering teams
Delivering technical programs or products from inception to launch and support
Bringing clarity to ambiguous, complex products and programs
Making technical and product tradeoffs
Balancing business needs and technical constraints and
Operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated systems and product thinking

Responsibilities

Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators, and drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
Collaborate with engineering to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish roadmap and long-term strategy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment.
Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes.
Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Perform risk identification and management for programs.
Provide day today coordination for projects and tasks.
Help drive process and communications improvements across multiple teams and functions both internal and external.
