About The Position

At Torc, we have always believed that autonomous vehicle technology will transform how we travel, move freight, and do business. A leader in autonomous driving since 2007, Torc has spent over a decade commercializing our solutions with experienced partners. Now a part of the Daimler family, we are focused solely on developing software for automated trucks to transform how the world moves freight. Join us and catapult your career with the company that helped pioneer autonomous technology, and the first AV software company with the vision to partner directly with a truck manufacturer. Meet the Team: This team drives alignment and execution across Torc’s most mission‑critical technology domains, ensuring the platforms that enable safe autonomy and scalable compute are delivered with rigor and predictability. We translate safety strategy, compute platform needs, and system architecture decisions into clear, actionable technology roadmaps, working cross‑functionally with engineering, safety, autonomy, systems, infrastructure, and operations teams. What You’ll Do: As a Manager of Technical Product Management – Safety & Compute Platform, you will serve as a leader, manager, and coach for a team of TPMs supporting Torc’s safety‑critical and compute platform technology pillars. You will set the standard for TPM excellence in a highly cross‑functional, safety‑first environment.
