You’ll lead teams that shape how engineers build, ship, and scale software, reducing friction, modernizing pipelines, and creating a developer experience. What you’ll do Lead Developer Enablement & Pipeline Engineering teams focused on improving developer productivity, reliability, and speed across PiTech. Champion the developer experience - bringing empathy, creativity, and a “developer-first” mindset to everything from tooling to workflows. Modernize and scale CI/CD pipelines, helping teams move from legacy patterns to modern, secure, and automated delivery models. Partner deeply with stakeholders across Platform and Application teams to co‑create solutions that balance autonomy, safety, and speed. Bring structure to ambiguity - define clear ownership, operating models, and roadmaps in evolving problem spaces. Develop senior engineers, fostering accountability, energy, and continuous improvement. Drive measurable outcomes such as reduced toil, higher deployment success, faster lead time, and improved developer sentiment.
