About The Position

Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. Hidden Level is seeking a mission-driven, technically grounded Manager, Technical Demonstrations to lead the scoping, planning, and execution of customer demonstrations, evaluations, and integration events. This individual will serve as the connective tissue between Growth, Product, Engineering, and Service Operations, ensuring that customer engagements are operationally feasible, executed with consistency and excellence, and aligned with company priorities. This role requires strong operational leadership, customer-facing confidence, and the ability to translate business opportunity into executable event plans within real-world constraints. This position includes a travel component (approximately 25–30%) to support high-visibility demonstrations and customer events.

Requirements

  • Strong operational judgment with the ability to prioritize competing demands and make execution tradeoffs under real-world constraints.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • High organization with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience in delivering technical products or systems.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, technical operations, systems integration, or related execution-focused roles.
  • Demonstrated experience operating at the intersection of business development/sales and engineering.
  • Experience participating in customer demonstrations, field testing, pilot deployments, or technically complex customer engagements.
  • Experience with hardware systems, sensor systems, robotics, autonomy, aerospace, telecom, defense, or other technically complex products.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel 25–30% as required.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead early-stage demonstration intake and scoping discussions in partnership with Growth Team
  • Develop a clear understanding of customer objectives, intended CONOP, and success criteria
  • Coordinate with Solutions Architect and Engineering to translate customer objectives into technically sound and operationally feasible event plans.
  • Surface integration requirements, resource constraints, and technical risk areas early in the process.
  • Educate Growth team on operational realities, preparation timelines, execution constraints, and realistic performance expectations.
  • Balance customer impact with scope discipline, schedule realities, and technical/resource constraints.
  • Own visibility into all active and proposed demonstrations across the organization.
  • Assess hardware, team, and schedule constraints to inform prioritization and feasibility decisions.
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights on throughput, resource utilization, and event impacts and tradeoffs.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring reports to provide clarity on upcoming events, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support, maintain, and improve a repeatable demonstration intake and approval process.
  • Act as the central coordination point between Growth, Product, Engineering, and Service Operations for demonstration planning.
  • Lead detailed cross-functional event planning across Growth, Product, Engineering, and Service Operations.
  • Coordinate and track technical configurations, asset requirements, integration needs, and staffing plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional preparation activities including engineering support, dry runs, integration testing, and logistics.
  • Ensure equipment reservations, timelines, and scope align with approved plans.
  • Attend and support demonstrations as required, serving as the Hidden Level lead and operational decision authority.
  • Conduct structured post-event reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future repeatability and execution.
