This position oversees the company’s holistic talent strategy, focusing on engagement, training, development, and retention of a high-performing workforce. This role combines rigorous project management with strategic workforce development to drive Talent Attraction, Talent Retention, Culture, and HR Competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or HR Leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to drive large-scale Organizational Development initiatives and track key Talent metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Experience managing a multi-site project calendar with a focus on disciplined execution and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Capability & Attraction: Identify critical skill gaps in manufacturing and corporate teams; design learning paths and "Manager 101" supervisor training that elevate our brand and attract top-tier talent.
  • Engagement & Culture Architecture: Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs and the annual performance calibration process to foster a culture of high performance and continuous feedback.
  • Project Governance & HR Competitiveness: Establish a standard HR PMO framework (charters, timelines, ROI tracking) and own the global HR roadmap to ensure seamless initiative delivery across US and Mexico sites.
  • Retention & Leadership Pipeline: Develop high-potential programs and functional succession plans that identify internal successors, ensuring long-term Talent Retention and a stable leadership pipeline.
  • Change Management & Transformation: Lead communication and behavioral change strategies for all major HR rollouts, ensuring that new systems or policies enhance, rather than disrupt, organizational competitiveness.
