Manages team of professional talent development consultants responsible for the effective coordination, planning and evaluation of systems and programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in talent development, learning and performance. Manages staff, workflow, operations and approving budget expenditures for department. Manages and/or recommends various personnel actions including staff selection, work assignments, training and performance evaluations; develops team members by establishing expectations, providing coaching and feedback.
