Position Summary: The Manager of Talent Acquisition (TA) will innovate, execute, and collaborate on Talent Strategy, including search strategies and critical activities such as candidate identification, engagement, diversity recruitment, pipeline development, and long-term talent cultivation while supporting strategic enterprise recruiting programs. Acting as a thought partner to the Talent Experience leadership team, this role will help lead and execute full-lifecycle talent acquisition and onboarding efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will be critical in driving Travere’s Talent Acquisition growth & evolution, ultimately enabling exceptional hiring at Travere.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant in-house recruitment experience, preferably within pharmaceutical industry.
  • Workday Experience highly preferred, or comparable HRIS.

  • Well organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork environment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel 10-30% domestic and internationally.
  • All positions have an essential job function to be able to perform face to face work with colleagues and/or onsite in San Diego. No role is expected to be 100% remote.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication with all candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employer branding efforts and promote Travere Therapeutics as top employer of choice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and manage recruitment-related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and special initiatives to enhance the talent acquisition function.
