About The Position

The Manager – Talent Acquisition manages a team of recruitment professionals providing talent acquisition support within a specialized area. Ensures delivery of sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes that meet business unit needs and align with organizational strategies. Adapts recruitment plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges while working closely with HRBPs and Business leaders. Provides technical guidance to team members in developing and implementing hiring initiatives, maintaining accurate records and EEO statistics throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience
  • Up to 40% domestic travel as needed
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, HR stakeholders, and candidates in a professional and concise manner
  • Experience analyzing labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to inform recruiting strategies
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining accuracy, organization, and compliance across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Proven track record of identifying process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance recruiting outcomes
  • Experience recruiting high volume in a Corporate and/or Operations environment
  • Must be able to effectively manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to interact with and influence senior leaders with professionalism and confidence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, data analysis, and presentation development
  • The ability to sit and stand for long periods of time during hiring and vendor events
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the final stages of the selection process, partnering with the talent acquisition team to provide any additional input on offer details.
  • Conduct talent market research and analysis to identify emerging skills trends, talent shortages, and competitive threats in the labor market.
  • Identify and implement career pathways with support from HR Partners and business to increase applicant flow.
  • Maintains knowledge of best practices, regulations, and effective recruiting practices and ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local legal requirements.
  • Provides guidance and tactical support to senior leadership, HR stakeholders, and business leaders in regard to talent acquisition activities.
  • Reviews key recruitment metrics and KPIs provided by the talent acquisition team and utilizes reports to make data-informed decisions and recommendations for improving hiring outcomes.
