The Manager of Talent Acquisition (TA) oversees daily operations, managing recruitment, coordination, and programs to ensure an effective and consistent recruitment experience. In partnership with TA leadership, this manager will work to enable modernization efforts that improve speed, consistency, and experience. The Manager ensures recruiting programs, processes, and technology are implemented effectively and used in ways that support a human-centric, scalable experience for candidates, hiring managers, and the TA team and serves as a hands-on people leader and operational partner.
