The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy is responsible for designing, deploying, and continuously evolving Mosaic’s enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy. This role leads to the development of scalable, compliant, and innovative recruiting solutions aligned with global business needs and market dynamics. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in talent acquisition, HR technology, financial modeling, and global compliance, capable of driving transformation across diverse markets and functions.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in related field
10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, or related fields.
Strong qualitative and quantitative skills; able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Exceptional planning and execution skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and financial
Highly collaborative with the ability to influence across marketing, sales, product, and HR functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-year, enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with Mosaic’s business goals and global market trends.
Lead strategic planning and execution for internal TA teams and external staffing partners to ensure quality and quantity of hires.
Partner with senior leadership to anticipate future talent needs and design innovative, scalable solutions.
Own the global employer branding strategy to position Mosaic as an employer of choice across key markets.
Design and execute proactive talent pipeline strategies, including early career, diversity, and niche talent programs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and business leaders to develop compelling campaigns and candidate experiences.
Measure and optimize program effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
Lead technical system implementation and integration for global TA platforms.
Drive global HR technology adoption, audit readiness, training, and change management initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Build financial models for opportunity sizing, scenario planning, and portfolio optimization.
Perform build/buy/partner analysis to scale capabilities and offerings.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the U.S. and globally.
Analyze competitor offerings and industry dynamics to inform strategy and execution.
Partner with employer branding and sourcing teams to enhance candidate experience and drive high-volume recruiting strategies.
Lead and inspire a diverse, global team of talent acquisition professionals across multiple regions.
Align team goals with enterprise-wide TA strategy and business objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
