About The Position

As the Manager Talent Acquisition for our business area Supply Chain in North America, you will lead and scale Körber’s recruiting efforts across the U.S. and Canada. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a highly competitive market, particularly across engineering, automation, software, and operations roles. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, while driving execution excellence, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience across North America. This is a newly created role based in the DFW area, which manages a small team of recruiters and reports to the Global Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding for Körber in Germany.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including North American market expertise
  • Proven leadership experience managing recruiting teams in the U.S. and/or Canada, in a hybrid or remote set-up
  • Strong track record in hiring engineering, software, and industrial/supply chain talent, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization, ideally with a European company
  • Deep understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor markets and recruiting practices
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability across all hierarchy levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a distributed team of Recruiters across North America
  • Drive accountability for hiring outcomes, time-to-fill, and candidate experience
  • Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and regular business reviews
  • Own and execute the regional talent acquisition strategy aligned with Supply Chain business growth
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, candidate drop-off, diversity hiring
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers across North America
  • Educate stakeholders on labor market trends, compensation positioning, and talent availability
  • Drive structured, data-driven hiring decisions and interview practices
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partner team
  • Support strengthening Körber’s employer brand across North America, especially in supply chain tech and automation sectors
