About The Position

Legend Biotech is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, as part of the Talent Acquisition team based in Somerset, NJ. The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, is a key enabler of a high-performing, compliant, and data-driven global Talent Acquisition (TA) organization. This role oversees operational excellence across all recruiting processes, systems, and vendor partnerships, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and scalable candidate and stakeholder experience. Acting as the central link between TA, HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and other business partners, the incumbent drives process optimization, recruiter enablement, and technology innovation to support Legend Biotech’s growth worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • Minimum 6 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience, including at least 2 years in TA operations, systems management, or project management.
  • Proven experience managing ATS (preferably Greenhouse or Workday) and vendor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, compliance standards, and data reporting practices.
  • Strategic and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management and documentation discipline.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily TA operations, ensuring seamless execution of recruiting activities including job posting, job audit, interview logistics, candidate travel coordination, and pre-boarding activities.
  • Serve as the central operations hub for TA, supporting recruiters and hiring teams to ensure end-to-end delivery excellence.
  • Maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, templates, and process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across all regions.
  • Manage escalations related to system issues, process gaps, or service delays to ensure swift resolution and business continuity.
  • Design, standardize, and continuously refine TA workflows to improve scalability, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
  • Drive process automation, leveraging AI and digital tools to reduce manual work and accelerate recruitment cycle time.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards across the TA lifecycle; ensure compliance with internal audit, legal, and privacy requirements.
  • Lead process audits, identify pain points, and implement structured feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as global system owner for the TA tech stack (e.g., Greenhouse ATS, assessment, scheduling, and other TA tools).
  • Lead implementations, integrations, troubleshooting, and system deployment/enhancements aligned with business needs.
  • Deliver user enablement through documentation, training, and toolkits that enhance recruiter and coordinator productivity.
  • Research and pilot innovative tools that elevate the TABP, candidate, and hiring manager experience (e.g., chatbots, AI sourcing, analytics dashboards).
  • Serve as the operational liaison with Procurement, Finance, IT, Compliance, and HRIS on topics including PO/invoice processing, vendor onboarding, system procurement, and more.
  • Manage external TA vendors (e.g., agencies, background check providers, tech platforms), monitoring SLAs, cost efficiency, and performance outcomes.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with vendors and recommend renewals, replacements, or optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain TA dashboards and scorecards measuring key KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance, recruiter productivity).
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and actionable insight in TA reporting to enable executive decision-making.
  • Connect operational metrics with forecasting and strategic workforce insights.
  • Lead or support global TA initiatives such as process harmonization, recruiter enablement programs, internal mobility enablement, or technology upgrades.
  • Act as TA Operations lead on enterprise projects that intersect with HRIS, Finance, and Corporate Communications.
