About The Position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition (Clinical) will lead a high-performing recruiting team focused on scaling clinical operations and supporting organizational growth. This role blends strategic thinking, people leadership, and data-driven decision-making to deliver innovative hiring strategies across clinical functions. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, design and optimize recruiting processes, and leverage talent market insights to attract and retain top clinical talent. By mentoring your team and implementing scalable strategies, you will ensure a consistent, mission-driven candidate experience while driving organizational impact. Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in clinical or healthcare environments.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing a recruiting team.
  • Proven ability to partner strategically with leadership, influence outcomes, and navigate high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and act on data for recruiting effectiveness and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building scalable recruiting strategies, processes, and frameworks.
  • Ability to mentor, inspire, and motivate a team to achieve recruitment goals consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for clinical operations, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations, Clinical Strategy, and other stakeholders to design and execute effective recruiting strategies.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, talent market trends, and candidate feedback to improve hiring outcomes and processes.
  • Build and optimize scalable recruiting processes, interview workflows, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing data-driven insights, recommendations, and progress updates.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and organizational policies.
