About The Position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition (Clinical) will lead and scale a high-performing recruiting team dedicated to clinical operations, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. You will design innovative hiring strategies, leverage data and market insights to optimize processes, and act as a strategic partner to leadership across clinical functions. The role involves mentoring and developing recruiters, managing metrics to drive efficiency and quality of hire, and building diverse, mission-driven teams. This position requires strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your work will directly impact the quality of patient care and organizational growth while fostering a supportive and results-oriented culture. This is a remote role open to candidates located in the United States.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in recruiting management
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing recruitment teams
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate future talent needs and recommend recruitment strategies
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking productivity, reporting, and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments and managing change effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership across multiple functions to meet hiring goals

  • Partner with Clinical Operations and other stakeholders to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Analyze talent market trends and leverage insights for proactive sourcing and workforce planning
  • Optimize recruiting processes for scalability, efficiency, and quality of hire
  • Use recruiting metrics to track team performance, enhance candidate experience, and inform leadership decisions
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clinical and HR leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and progress updates
  • Drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes, interview processes, and operational excellence
