About The Position

The Manager of Systems Management will oversee the support team responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting enterprise SCCM, Airwatch, Sophos, and Casper deployments. This role focuses on modernizing endpoint management initiatives through automation and engineering, leveraging current technologies and strategies. The manager will drive continuous improvements in vulnerability management processes, technologies, and governance, and facilitate remediation planning and accountability across various technology platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • 6 years of experience with SCCM, Software Distribution and Enterprise Device Management, support.
  • Two (2) years of managing professional level employees or medium to large, cross-functional teams or projects.
  • Ability to lead and manage IT support teams.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or technology related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational processes are followed within the Systems Management space (SCCM, Casper, Airwatch, Sophos).
  • Ensure the environment is maintained in accordance with company standards and leading practices.
  • Track support team performance, metrics, and prioritize support efforts across the organization.
  • Lead and participate in engagements that have a strong business & technology focus.
  • Manage incident resolution within the environment, facilitating collaboration among other infrastructure and business service support teams as required.
  • Serve as an escalation point for support teams for major incidents, and escalate to the appropriate Gulfstream stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure root cause analysis is performed in accordance with Gulfstream policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture to evaluate and recommend tools and processes that enhance the stability and functionality of the server environment, ensuring that any new technologies are compatible with existing Gulfstream architecture and standards.
  • Define and establish service definitions.
  • Constantly drive for process improvement.
  • Lead and manage third party IT support teams, understanding and enforcing contractual obligations, and managing both operational and financial aspects of a third party agreement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
