Leads the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the bureau/department's critical systems and applications. Manages the design, development, and support of departmental systems, proactively directing the evaluation and analysis of operational issues related to software, data tools, and infrastructure. Develops and formalizes internal system policies, procedures, and reporting, while also collaborating with senior leadership on project status and change management. Aligns resources (facilities, technology, staffing, logistics) with departmental priorities to ensure successful system operations and strategic goal achievement.
