About The Position

Leads the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the bureau/department's critical systems and applications. Manages the design, development, and support of departmental systems, proactively directing the evaluation and analysis of operational issues related to software, data tools, and infrastructure. Develops and formalizes internal system policies, procedures, and reporting, while also collaborating with senior leadership on project status and change management. Aligns resources (facilities, technology, staffing, logistics) with departmental priorities to ensure successful system operations and strategic goal achievement. This position is Actively Recruited and At Will.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
  • Five (5) years of information technology, systems operations, analytics, or directly related experience is required.
  • Three (3) years of prior supervisory experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years' experience managing a Facilities Management Central Maintenance System (CMMS), including work loading and assignment, with the ability to analyze CMMS data and produce reports is preferred.
  • Experience with Tririga SME is preferred.
