About The Position

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Surgical Outcomes & Digital Enablement to join our MedTech Surgery business located at our Raritan, NJ site. This role is responsible for downstream execution of the Surgical Outcomes strategy, ensuring consistent activation, education, and engagement across regions. The role leads dissemination of the Surgical Outcomes playbook, drives field behavior change through education and events, and embeds DISH and outcomes-first thinking into commercial execution. In parallel, the role defines and delivers the digital enablement strategy, prioritizing digitally enabled tools to support commercial efforts such as driving adoption, and translating regional insights into scalable improvements across sales, education, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in global/matrix organizations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance/cybersecurity.
  • Background in digital health/SaaS.
  • Demonstrated marketing competency, with the ability to translate strategy into clear value propositions, messaging frameworks, and activation plans.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing and Regional teams to support playbooks, campaigns, events, and enablement assets that influence field behavior and customer engagement.
  • 4+ years in digital strategy/innovation, health tech or medtech; proven delivery in digital transformation and omnichannel commercialization.
  • Fluency in emerging tech (AI/ML, analytics, automation), change management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead downstream execution of the Surgical Outcomes strategy, translating global direction into practical, repeatable activation across regions.
  • Own Surgical Outcomes playbook dissemination, ensuring consistent understanding, messaging, and application across commercial, education, and regional teams.
  • Drive regional activation and engagement, supporting markets in embedding outcomes-first behaviors into customer interactions, education, and planning.
  • Lead DISH education, training, and dissemination, enabling consistent clinical language, usage, and adoption across events, field teams, and key accounts.
  • Own Surgical Outcomes event strategy across global, regional, and local levels, aligning content, objectives, and execution to outcomes-driven behavior change (vs. product-first engagement).
  • Serve as a connector across regions by facilitating regional insights sharing, surfacing best practices, barriers, and opportunities related to both Surgical Outcomes and digital enablement.
  • Define and execute the digital enablement strategy that supports commercial efforts across sales, education, and customer engagement.
  • Own alignment and usage strategy for current digital tools, including: NxTAdvisor; SmartWinnr; AI Advisor.
  • Identify unmet needs and prioritization opportunities across regions and roles, informing roadmap decisions and optimization of existing tools.
  • Drive measurable adoption and behavior change, partnering with commercial, FSO, and regional teams to track usage, impact, and effectiveness.
  • Translate digital usage and regional feedback into actionable recommendations to improve enablement, content, and execution.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Professional Education, Medical Affairs, HEMA, IT, and Regional Marketing to ensure Surgical Outcomes and digital tools are deployed in a coordinated, compliant, and scalable manner.
  • Support change management by reinforcing outcomes-first behaviors, aligning incentives, education, and enablement to desired field actions.
  • Act as a bridge between global strategy and regional execution, ensuring feedback flows upstream and guidance flows downstream.
