Requirements
- Bachelors degree in management or field of assigned specialty
- Five plus years experience in finance, business, consulting, healthcare administration, operations improvement, etc.

- Masters degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve day-to-day department operations.
- Establish appropriate priorities.
- Facilitate issue identification and resolution internally and across departments.
- Establish goals for performance improvement.
- Monitor trends in key performance indicators.
- Design, recommend, and implement operational changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with surgeons and anesthesia to ensure smooth interactions and to support needs.
