As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring world-class service to our customers while driving operational excellence across the site's logistics activities. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will lead a high-performing logistics organization that supports production, inventory management, warehousing, planning, and shipping operations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across functions, foster continuous improvement, make impactful decisions, and drive results that contribute directly to customer satisfaction and business success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree/MBA with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership experience managing logistics, supply chain, warehousing, production planning, or related operations teams.
  • Strong experience in production planning, forecasting, inventory management, or other analytically intensive operational roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive engagement across diverse workgroups.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience managing operational budgets and balancing customer service, productivity, and cost objectives.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics operations within a regulated industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing performance feedback and supporting career growth.
  • Direct all site logistics operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of warehousing, materials management, production planning, drumming, and shipping activities.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that optimize operational performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels of raw materials are maintained to meet production requirements and customer demand.
  • Oversee production planning activities to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Drive timely and accurate drumming, shipping, and distribution processes to ensure quality product delivery to customers.
  • Manage logistics and warehouse budgets while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization.
  • Serve as an active member of the Site Leadership Team, supporting site objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Champion compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and ensure all team members follow established processes, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout all logistics activities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ensure all team members consistently comply with site safety requirements and best practices.
  • Foster a strong safety culture where safe behaviors and proactive risk management are prioritized.
