About The Position

The Supply Chain Services Manager leads the global Supply Chain Services function and is responsible for the deployment, governance, performance, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain programs, data and reporting, apps, tools and service offerings. The role provides leadership and direction for ensuring that services such as the Supply Chain Hub, data and reporting, supplier master data management and governance and Supply Chain applications and tools are kept up to date and accurate. The manager ensures these services are functioning consistently across regions, supported by robust governance, accurate data, effective stakeholder engagement, and measurable improvements in adoption. The role can be located in one of the three regional hubs (Madrid, Torreon, Bangalore) or other strategic locations as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Supply Chain, procurement, operations, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including leading teams across multiple countries or regions.
  • Experience leading global programs, operating-model changes, systems implementations, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong project and program-management capability, with a systematic and strategic approach to problem solving.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder-management, influencing, and change-management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage external service providers and partners.
  • Strong IT and systems capability, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ERP systems, reporting tools, and sourcing platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or a related industrial environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Power Apps, and sourcing tools such as Ariba is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define the roadmap, priorities, operating model, and governance structure for Supply Chain Services
  • Oversee the deployment and ongoing maintenance of Supply Chain programs across global regions and functions.
  • Sponsor and prioritize continuous-improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, service quality and data integrity.
  • Review program performance of programs, apps and tools regularly and remove barriers affecting delivery, adoption, or sustainability.
  • Escalate significant risks, resource constraints, and strategic decisions to Supply Chain leadership.
  • Manage content for the Supply Chain Hub, including content quality, ownership, governance, and alignment with the latest organisation structure and business operating model.
  • Ensure the delivery of complete, timely, accurate, and meaningful Supply Chain reporting.
  • Establish reporting standards, performance indicators, and accuracy of data
  • Ensure appropriate training, communication, user support, and adoption management for Supply Chain tools and reporting solutions.
  • Drive data-quality improvement and maintain robust governance for supplier and Supply Chain master data.
  • Provide functional leadership for Supplier Master Data Management and Supplier Master Data Governance.
  • Ensure appropriate controls, roles, procedures, and system administration practices are maintained for supplier data including user guides, training material and Business Requirements Documents
  • Partner with IT, procurement, finance, and regional Supply Chain teams to improve the effectiveness and integration of Supply Chain systems and tools.
  • Manage the creation, evaluation, design, and rollout of applications and tools, reporting, workflows, and Power Apps capabilities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain Services team across countries and regions.
  • Set clear objectives, accountabilities, development plans, and performance expectations for direct reports.
  • Build strong working relationships with Supply Chain, procurement, operations, manufacturing, finance, IT, and business leadership.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels to support standardized processes, governance requirements, and transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a visible change leader, helping teams adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Ensure Supply Chain Services activities comply with applicable Flowserve Supply Chain policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
  • Promote adherence to Safety, Integrity, and Ethics policies and procedures.
  • Identify operational, data, supplier, and program-delivery risks; ensure they are actively managed and escalated where appropriate.
