The Supply Chain Programs Manager is an individual contributor responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain execution for limited-time offers (LTOs), product tests, and related promotional items, from concept through discontinuation. The role serves as the Supply Chain lead across internal functions and approved suppliers, translating forecasts provided by Analytics & Insights into executable material and production plans. It ensures supplier readiness, timely production, risk mitigation, and accurate cross-functional communication across multiple concurrent programs. The position leads cross-functional LTO workstreams, builds integrated project plans, facilitates planning and readiness meetings, and tracks decisions, actions, milestones, and risks. It translates approved forecasts and product requirements into production and material needs; negotiates supplier capacity, lead times, minimums, availability, production windows, and quantities; and manages supplier schedules, materials, packaging, quality requirements, and completion against requested dates. The role develops production timelines and preliminary commitments, monitors readiness, resolves timing gaps, and escalates constraints. It identifies and mitigates supply, capacity, quality, lead-time, commodity, single-source, and obsolete-inventory risks, including managing production changes, cancellations, repurposing, returns, disposal, final production, and remaining supplier-held materials. It also maintains accurate supplier, product, pricing, forecast, production, material, and milestone data and uses lessons learned and technology to improve planning and risk management. The position is eligible for a bonus. The targeted US national base salary range is $97,478–$119,411, with individual pay determined by job-related skills, work location, and relevant education or experience. Most positions based at the global headquarters in Bloomington, Minnesota, follow a hybrid schedule with three collaboration days per week; additional in-office time may be required for team or project needs. Supplier visits and business events generally require 5–10% travel.
