Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement, OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement, OR a high school diploma/equivalent with 9 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement
  • Must have experience with Bills of Materials
  • Must have material requirements planning and/or advanced planning experience
  • Must have previous experience in Supply Chain
  • Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure vertical and horizontal integration of Global Supply Chain Schedules through strategic planning and execution
  • Provide early visibility into purchase requisition requirements release constraints and material excess review
  • Integrate metrics requirements for the Demand Planning Team
  • Communicate program schedule and engineering change deviations and ensure all impacts are coordinated with internal/external customers prior to implementation and execution
  • Lead a team of individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, standard parts ordering, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serve as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTs
