Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ overall years of experience in supply chain/operations, preferably with background in semiconductors or wafer/chip planning
- At least 4+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, advanced planning software/ERP, and other business software applications
- Demonstrated agility and flexibility in a fast-paced, constraint production environment
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior executive staff

- Experience managing global manufacturing with foundry suppliers and partner teams around the world
- Proven problem solving, analytical and complex modeling skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and people concurrently

Responsibilities
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply plans with business leaders and provide mentorship on supply and inventory positions
- Analyze planning strategies and priority tradeoffs with business leaders to optimize supply to meet customer demand and revenue targets
- Present weekly supply changes to executive management
- Develop, mentor, and lead team of high performing supply chain planners responsible for wafer/die supply
- Collaborate with foundry partners to drive closure of near term wafer supply shortages and to forecast longer term capacity requirements
- Oversee cross-functional alignment with backend planning, capacity planning, and engineering teams to understand chip supply bottlenecks and influence downstream capacity investments
- Guide continuous improvement efforts and projects in support of organizational strategies
