Coach and mentor others on their strategic activities. The Logistics Manager is responsible for facilitating, mentoring and coordinating successful Logistics projects. This includes ensuring that both the technical and people aspects are taken into account, incorporating change management strategies. Manage resources to effectively help execute the site/function strategy deployment plans.
