About The Position

ASML brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market, and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers, the world’s leading chipmakers, to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. As a Manager for Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Technical Supplier Managers (TSM), and Cost Engineering (CE), this person will lead a team of SQEs, TSMs, and CEs who have the responsibility to develop industrialized solutions for Wilton’s new products in coordination with the internal design team and ASML key suppliers, and support initiatives to drive the cost of goods down. These new products include optical, opto-mechanical, opto-electronic, electronic, mechanical, and mechatronic systems, subsystems, and components. Using your leadership and technical skills, you will work closely with your team to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the product generation process and drive the industrialization process in alignment with the ASML project plan. In parallel, you will be responsible for engaging in and coordinating people management activities and driving the career growth of your team in line with the DM and sector expectations. Within the SC&Q department (SS&P), the TSM is the primary individual responsible for ensuring that the technical capabilities of our suppliers are aligned with the technical roadmap of ASML. The Cost Engineer is the primary individual responsible for delivering high-quality cost calculations for our designed parts and leading technical cost workshops with our suppliers. The Manager role will report to the Head of the SQE, Cost Engineer (CE), and TSM group in SS&P Wilton.
