Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
12+ years of experience
Professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, proposal, and/or Category Management) or a combination thereof
Demonstrated ability to work on-site full-time in a classified area
Demonstrated ability to create compliant RFPs and delegate / shape / direct RFP development by a team of SCMs / SCAs and manage their release to suppliers and their later definitization
Must be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, with ability to get SCI with CI poly Clearance to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

Manages subordinate teams overseeing the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.
Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams.
Directs contract administration.
Tracks and provides status of on-time-deliveries, Compliance, HR flowdowns, Staff flowdowns, workload, and forecasting upcoming proposal efforts.
Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
