Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 12+ years of experience
  • Professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, proposal, and/or Category Management) or a combination thereof
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site full-time in a classified area
  • Demonstrated ability to create compliant RFPs and delegate / shape / direct RFP development by a team of SCMs / SCAs and manage their release to suppliers and their later definitization
  • Must be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, with ability to get SCI with CI poly Clearance to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

  • Manages subordinate teams overseeing the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.
  • Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams.
  • Directs contract administration.
  • Tracks and provides status of on-time-deliveries, Compliance, HR flowdowns, Staff flowdowns, workload, and forecasting upcoming proposal efforts.
  • Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
