The Manager, Strategy plays a critical role in driving growth for the Member Engagement & Transparency business, reporting to the VP, Strategy. This role is at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with business leadership to shape future growth and ensure smooth operations. The position involves key strategic projects, such as identifying and evaluating new growth opportunities, markets, products, and partnerships, as well as operational leadership, including operationalizing strategic initiatives and supporting the business's operating rhythm. The role requires a collaborative strategic thinker capable of seamlessly pivoting between high-level strategy, creative problem-solving, and hands-on technical analysis.
