About The Position

Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective business strategies. Lead organizational design initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align structure with strategic goals. Facilitate workshops, lead facilitated workgroups, focus groups, and presentations to drive stakeholder engagement. Provide direction and oversight to junior team members. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic plans. Support refinement of capital project delivery approach.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST".
Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen.
Minimum of 6 years of professional business experience working with clients and/or cross functional team.
Minimum 4 years of strategy and organizational design experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role requiring some days in the Guidehouse office and/or client site.

Nice To Haves

Experience with capital projects.
Experience with change management and transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Advanced certifications in strategy or organizational development.
Prior consulting experience in a similar role.
