From ideas to impact, they help clients get better at what they do to improve people and profits. Pariveda is growing in Dallas and looking to add an experienced Manager to their team of leaders. Requirements

  • Passionate consultants with 5+ years of professional experience and a strong foundation in management consulting
  • Background in technical and/or management consulting
  • Demonstrated project management experience - planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management and resource management/allocation
  • Experience diagnosing and solving complex problems and delivering them to technical and non-technical audiences
  • A strong understanding of technology-related projects, including systems selection, implementation processes, and IT delivery methods
  • Current project leadership of teams
  • Enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring others helping them develop their careers
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor by building and managing relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Drive your career and become a technology executive through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from Principals and Vice Presidents, and frequent opportunities for advancement
  • Lead advisory and management consulting engagements, owning delivery plans, stakeholder alignment, outcomes, and client relationships across a variety of industries.
  • Partner with client leaders to diagnose business and organizational challenges, clarify priorities, and develop actionable strategies and roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, executive discussions, and presentations that drive alignment, decision-making, and organizational change.
  • Lead and develop consulting teams by providing direction, coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and career development support.
  • Apply structured consulting frameworks to support initiatives including: IT and digital strategy, Operating model and organizational change, Program and change management, Process improvement and business transformation
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs while maintaining strong client trust and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Leverage AI strategically to enhance client solutions, streamline delivery, uncover insights, and promote responsible and ethical AI practices.
  • Actively engage in our culture of continuous learning, personal and professional development, and lead community service and social gathering events
  • Work within a hybrid model, balancing time between client sites, the office, and home.

Benefits

  • Transparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $139,100 - $151,000 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
