About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a Manager, Sourcing to join its Indirect Procurement Organization. This role will be the primary point of contact for all events and marketing sourcing needs. The position involves developing and implementing the overall Category Strategy for marketing services and event production, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment across the organization to achieve business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ overall years of professional business experience.
2+ years of leadership experience.
Proven expertise in sourcing, including hands-on experience with the RFx process in the marketing and events category within a fast-paced, global, hi-tech environment.
Proven project management skills.
Strong consulting skills.
Strong category strategy development and a record of execution excellence.
Demonstrated comfort with frequently changing business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of category strategies to optimize vendor relationships, drive cost savings, and support the execution of marketing and event initiatives.
Develop a global supplier catalog for Marketing and Events categories, including Full Service Event Agencies, Booth Design and Build, Exhibit Agency, Broadcasting and AV, Event Registration, Print, Merchandising, Staffing, and Venue Sourcing.
Deliver hands-on, end-to-end sourcing services to the business.
Serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating, influencing, and gaining consensus by delivering compelling presentations that translate analytics into actionable strategies.
Support the Director of Procurement in exploring Professional Services, including Consulting, Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation.
