Operate as the program-management engine of Marketing's planning system and turn organizational problems into solutions. When a cross-functional gap surfaces (for example, "we can't measure ROI because spend data is unreliable"), you'll run intake, drive root-cause analysis, draft the problem statement, and build a first-cut solution and proposal for leadership review. Run the mechanics of the planning operating rhythm (MOR, QBR, Monthly Forecast, OKR updates). Agendas land ahead of time, pre-reads are tight, decisions get logged, and follow-ups don't drop. Implement scalable processes that help us plan and manage work spanning Strategy, Resources, and Governance. You'll be the forcing function that gets cross-team process work done on schedule, working alongside the functional owners who execute it. Identify connections and reconcile possible collisions across planning inputs, cycles, and cross-functional dependencies with BizOps, GTM Ops, Analytics, and FP&A. Ensure transparency, alignment, and clear communication of planning status, decisions, and cycle milestones across Marketing leadership and cross-functional partners. You'll gather the business requirements for our planning data layer (spend data, aggregated investment views, program-to-headcount views), define the end-to-end build plan, and drive it to completion across the owning teams. You own the requirements and the timeline. you are not the builder. Contribute to the development of the strategic planning operations function. Share back the practices, frameworks, and tools that work so the function scales beyond any single cycle.
