About The Position

The role leads the Performance Management of operations to ensure results delivery as per defined success criteria (plan, do check, act – PDCA), ensuring tools for root cause analysis and gap closure are deployed, including capability building and identification of capability gaps for elimination. The Manager will establish critical KPIs, definitions, owners and capability building to set up the performance management pillars, focused on service, cost, quality, innovation and people. Additionally, this role establishes the Operations Productivity Office with focus on both top down and bottom-up productivity initiatives, driving ideas, ensuring quantification with finance, and implementation. A strong governance process for review, tracking, and gap closure is essential.
