This role can be based out of the following hubs [Seattle, San Fran, Scottsdale, Atlanta, Sterling, Boston, NYC] and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. As the Strategic Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance. You will play a significant role in the Company’s three statement financial forecast, develop and present executive reporting packages, build & maintain financial models, and assist in the planning and implementation of ad hoc initiatives. Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
  • Minimum of 4 years of finance experience including, but not limited to financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analytics in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Proven history of developing and maintaining three statement financial models
  • Proven track record of driving cost controls and influencing EBITDA improvement
  • Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with financial and non-financial business leaders
  • Superb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Concern for high-quality deliverables and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of the Axon’s P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash
  • Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages and dashboards
  • Ownership of our intra quarter forecast process and identify key risks & opportunities
  • Identify and implement model enhancements to drive improved forecast accuracy
  • Analyze financial results and provide insightful commentary on financial performance
  • Assist with developing Board and C-Team presentations
  • Participate in corporate FP&A meetings such as executive corporate forecast reviews and budget vs. actuals reviews
  • Assist with ad hoc FP&A projects that arise due to our rapid growth
