Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

High School Diploma/GED
2-4 years Management experience in retail sales
2-4 years Sales & sales management experience

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a bilingual sales team to achieve customer engagement and sales performance goals
Manage store operations including customer flow, visual merchandising, and adherence to operational standards
Coach team members through observations and feedback to improve customer interactions and product knowledge
Build and maintain strong partnerships with store-in-store partner leadership and sales teams to support mutual success
Utilize digital tools and solution-based selling techniques to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
