We are seeking an experienced Regulatory & Statistical Reporting Manager, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of statistical and financial data to various bureaus and state insurance departments, and other rating organizations for all lines of commercial insurance. The selected individual will be a hands-on leader, ensuring compliance with all external bureau reporting requirement deadlines. Key responsibilities include establishing and monitoring procedures and controls to ensure data quality for automated and manual filings reported to states and regulatory bureaus. Works closely with Information Technology, Product Management, Claims, Underwriting, and other departments in developing the required data systems and procedures needed for regulatory and statistical reporting. The manager’s role will ensure collaborative communication and decision making, as well as lead, mentor and manage others. Preferred location is Home Office in Sarasota, FL, or may be located in our Southwest Regional office in Richardson, TX.

Requirements

  • Experienced Regulatory & Statistical Reporting Manager
  • Hands-on leader
  • Knowledge of external bureau reporting requirements
  • Ability to establish and monitor procedures and controls
  • Ability to work with various departments including IT, Product Management, Claims, and Underwriting
  • Leadership, mentoring, and management skills

Responsibilities
